All round leader doesn't exist... All leaders have their own thoughts and aims... There is a leader in all of us deep in our heart... To discover and bring it out nid lots of courage and confidence...
Leaders are not born to be...leaders are learn to be...leaders are not god...they learn from mistakes too, they too deserve a second chance...a good leader is judge based on leadership...but a people's leader is judge based on the likes of people...To be a good leader can be learn from books and advice...to be a people's leader is gained from own experience...
Leader can be cruel....can be powerful...fear by all....but he or she only earn ppl fear to obey.... too much and too over will turn the table around... It works in some way and in their own way... in certain situation... Tat's why in real life this kinda leader still exist and still owns... Leader might not be easy to be... a leader whom love by all is harder and could yet be a mission impossible...
Everyone is evolving... Try to change own view... look into others shoes....viewing from all aspect and angle will helps to understand others even further...Teamwork is everything for leadership...without a team cooperation...the team is not consider a team... As a leader... tolerance is the key...understanding is the lock... with both only teamwork will be formed...
Leader is not only about leadership...it include everything...
